Yes, in this project for Nedgia we crossed all the bridges between accessibility, usability and business consulting.
New website
We designed a new platform with a higher conversion rate thanks to the exhaustive analysis of all the contracting and contact processes between the external user (client) and collaborator (installer) to create synergies. In short, it is the result of a complex UX/UI process based on the optimisation of different flows between the multiple stakeholders involved.
