Baliente revamped the app for AMB, public and private transport in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, based on an innovative scalable design and a self-managing structure that allows new services to be added easily, without affecting the correct usability and accessibility of the platform.

Yes, this is a triple-A certified project to efficiently and creatively breaking multiple accessibility barriers. Through live broadcast audio, texts that can be enlarged by up to 200 percent, the ability to view content in horizontal and vertical orientation, very clear messages with universal icons and correction suggestions for input errors, we achieved that blind people, people with intellectual disabilities or people with reduced mobility can navigate without difficulty within the platform and use all its tools and services.

UX strategy
We worked on the UX of the site from the beginning. Through focus groups and user tests with ONCE volunteer teams with visual and mobility difficulties, we adapted functionalities, multiplied accessibility resources and created flows and wireframes that guarantee 100% perfect multimodal integration in terms of the system of urban transport for all users.
